We stand behind every product we ship. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, we'll make it right within 30 days of delivery.
Simply reach out to us with your order number, let us know what happened and we'll work with you. Once we receive the product back, we'll issue a full refund of your product price. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and at least partially unused so it can be sent out for quality control testing. We're a small team and are determined to deliver the best kava in American and appreciate you working with us to keep returns smooth.
