Why We Made This
Expand your limitations and become one with the kahuna
This is a rare breed we received from our friends who run a generational family farm out on the islands. This specific species is said to be scarce and originally reserved for the chiefs, the kahuna's. So naturally we nick-named it the kahuna and the name stuck.
On the tongue this kava is very palatable. It is a delicious fresh celery juice with a hint of mint. Effects are more on the cerebral side, heady, clean. Heavy in the anti-anxiety but light in the body. Can be used for daytime or pre-evening time but we don't recommend drinking right before bed.
This kava comes from a single plant and was processed raw with the fresh green juice squeezed from its roots, then processed immediately with a proprietary temperature controlled dehydration process to conserve the flavors of the fresh juice
