SHIPPING POLICY

We try to get all orders shipped out within 24-48 hours. We currently do not ship on weekends.

USPS ground orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package/Ground and usually arrive within 3-6 business days.

USPS Priority mail, UPS, DHL mail orders will usually be shipped same day of order if made before 12pm cutoff unless it is the weekend.

International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country's agreements. Please keep this in mind when shopping outside of the USA.

REFUND POLICY

Due the current economic situation as well as recent actions taken upon by certain individuals, returns are now processed on a case by case basis for orders on drinkroot.com . To begin the process for a return please contact us at support@drinkroot.com with your order details for further instruction and especially before sending any return.

Please do not send your return without first reaching out to us to verify your order.
